Pathly

Pathly enhances sidewalk predictability, empowering users to walk safely and confidently. Designed to address traffic congestion and carbon emissions, the app encourages a shift from cars to walking—making cities more accessible and sustainable.

project overview

To address San Francisco’s record-high pedestrian fatalities, we led the end-to-end design of Pathly, a navigation platform engineered for urban safety. By overhauling the information architecture and developing a scalable design system, we transformed complex SFMTA data into real-time, intuitive wayfinding. From mapping high-risk zones to final implementation, we bridged the gap between critical safety insights and a seamless, accessible experience for the city’s daily commuters.
